Liability waivers are required to be signed by anyone entering the park.

Please remember that all minors will be required to have two parents sign the waiver and be accompanied by one parent or guardian while in the park.

If the minor will not have a parent with them the parents need to fill out the Temporary Guardianship form giving someone over the age of 18 temporary guardianship for the event, this form must be notarized.

The forms for minors need to be filled out before your arrival at the park, this will expedite check in.

The two ways for minors to enter the park:
  1. Two Parent Waiver filled out completely with one parent physically present.


    2. Or

  2. Two Parent Waiver filled out completely and the Temporary Guardinship Form filled out and notarized giving someone over the age of 18 that is physically present temporary guardianship for the event.
